Founded in 1986, City in the Community is Manchester City’s charity. We support people across Greater Manchester by empowering healthier lives through football. Our youth-led programmes place physical and mental wellbeing at their core, whilst also creating healthy futures and healthy communities.
Manchester City’s charity has released its Annual Review for the 2022/23 season, showcasing City in the Community’s (CITC) impactful work. The document, which also reflects the charity’s new brand style, bringing it closer to Manchester City visually, offers QR codes for 22 different storytelling videos, as well as case studies, outputs and event highlights.
City in the Community (CITC) has launched a monthly prize draw, giving fans the chance to win a range exciting of prizes whilst helping to empower healthier lives with city youth through football.
Fans can get their hands on signed player shirts, cash prizes and much more each month for just £5 a ticket. Every penny raised from the ‘City in the Community Prize Draw’ will go towards sustaining the charity’s programmes, which place physical and mental wellbeing at their core, whilst also creating healthy futures and healthy communities.
Everyone at City in the Community deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, this includes our participants, parents and carers, our partners and all of our workforce.
We will always take seriously any instances where we feel these behaviours are not displayed and respond accordingly.
*Overall, City Football Group will contribute a maximum of £125,000 (GBP) to City in the Community through this campaign or £500,000 (GBP) in total for all City Football Group affiliated charities participating in the campaign (whichever comes first).
