City Under-18s striker Luca Fletcher is full of confidence following our 4-2 Under-18 Premier League North win over Newcastle.

The forward scored twice in the first half to help City move towards a sixth consecutive win in all competitions.

It totals four goals in two games for the 16-year-old who also bagged a brace in City’s 2-1 win over Liverpool last weekend as he continues to develop in Ben Wilkinson’s side after a prolonged period on the sideline.

“It was a hard game but we came through,” said Fletcher when reflecting on the game.
