Croatian duo Mateo Kovacic and Josko Gvardiol made up half of Pep Guardiola’s four summer arrivals ahead of the 2023/24 campaign following our Treble success from the term before.
The experienced midfielder signed from Chelsea after a trophy-laden spell in London before the exciting defender linked-up with his compatriot at the Etihad Stadium from RB Leipzig.
And to make the pair feel at home in their new surroundings, they visited restaurant Platzki in the heart of the city to sample dishes from their native country.
