And after returning to the Club a World Cup winner, his performances in 2023 have continued to excel rapidly. Alvarez scored three goals and assisted two in our journey to win the FA Cup.
From his stand-out performance in which he contributed to all three goals in our 3-1 win over Sevilla in the Champions League to his match-winning goals against Chelsea and Fulham, the Argentina international really has left his mark on our Treble-winning campaign.
