Man City Esports’ Donovan ‘Tekkz’ Hunt has been selected to represent England’s eLions throughout the FC24 season.

Tekkz, who joined City Esports ahead of the 2023/24 campaign, will compete on the international stage for a sixth season with his most recent success with England seeing him win the European section of the FIFAe Nations Cup in 2021.

An 11-time tournament winner, Tekkz is already off to a flying start in the competitive FC24 pro scene.

He qualified for the FC Pro Open with a 100%-win record in the Global Qualifiers and will be looking to extend his winning form in the group stages in December.

But it’s not just the FC Pro Open and the ePremier League that Tekkz is looking to be successful in.

He is also hoping to get back to winning ways for England with the recently announced eEUROs a main ambition if he is selected to participate.

“Representing England is always a good feeling and it’s a tournament I always look forward to,” said Tekkz.

“It’s one of the only tournaments I haven’t won  so I’m happy to get the opportunity to change that.

“I want to win the whole thing, I want to get back to winning trophies and this is one of the ones I want to win the most.”

To date, Tekkz’s fellow eLions teammates will be NikSneb, TomLeese and EthxnH.

Everyone at Manchester City would like to congratulate Tekkz on being selected to represent England and wish him the very best of luck in his competitions.
