So which Man City player impressed you the most last month?

Vincent Kompany, Sergio Aguero and Yaya Toure have all been nominated for the April Etihad Player of the Month award with the polls now open for voting.

Kompany made a superb return to first team action, playing in four matches and impressing in every game.

His towering performances at Southampton, where he also scored his first goal of the season, plus his dominant display against Manchester United were two of his best as the skipper looks to end the campaign on a real high following so many injury setbacks.

Aguero's record speaks for itself.

Six goals in seven games through April continued the Argentine's excellent form and he was undoubtedly one of the Blues' most consistent performers last month.

With 31 goals under his belt already. fingers crossed he will be available for the remaining games despite limping off at Middlesbrough as he continues to close in all-time Club top scorer Eric Brook.

Yaya Toure rolled back the years at Wembley with a superb all-round performance against Arsenal.

It was one of several impressive displays during April as the Ivorian closes in on 300 appearances for the Blues.
