There’s only one place that you really want to be on matchdays, but sometimes you just can’t make it to the match. That’s when City Ticket Exchange comes in handy. It means you won’t be out of pocket, and a fellow Cityzen gets to see the game.
Tickets can be listed for sale on the City Ticket Exchange four weeks prior to the match taking place, however listed seats will not be available for other supporters to purchase until 7 days before matchday, or when the game is sold out, whichever comes first.
How it works
- Any Seasoncard holder can sell* their seat for up to ten (10) home Premier League matches (excluding personal assistants)
- If your seat sells, you will receive the equivalent funds for one-nineteenth (1/19, one home Premier League fixture) of your Seasoncard price**
-Any money accrued during this time will be sent to your UK nominated bank account after the match has been played.
- No additional fees apply, and you will retain your ticket points for any traded match
Only Seasoncard holders can sell their seats on City Ticket Exchange and it applies to home Premier League matches only.
