Ticket purchase windows
Tickets will be available online at www.mancity.com/tickets, by telephone on +(0)161 444 1894 (option 1) and to personal callers at the Ticket Office above the City Store for supporters that meet the following criteria:
- Cityzens with a 2019/20 Platinum/Gold Seasoncard (registered on the FA Cup Scheme) can purchase up to five tickets – Tuesday 10th December at 9am.
- Cityzens with a 2019/20 Platinum/Gold Seasoncard (not registered on the FA Cup Scheme) can purchase up to six tickets – Tuesday 10th December at 9am.
- Cityzens Matchday Members can purchase up to six tickets – Wednesday 11th December at 9am.
- General sale supporters can purchase up to six tickets – Wednesday 11th December at 3pm.

Cityzens with a 2019/20 Platinum and Gold Seasoncard who are not registered on the FA Cup Scheme are kindly reminded that their seasonal seat is not guaranteed for any Cup game played at the Etihad Stadium.
Please note: All Cityzens with a 2019/20 Platinum/Gold Seasoncard who are registered on the 2019/20 FA Cup Scheme will have payment taken from their nominated debit/credit card week commencing 16th December.
10 ticket points will be awarded for attending each game. Platinum members will be awarded 20 ticket points per game.

Forgotten your online log in?
Supporters purchasing online will need to have a valid email address which is already registered with the Club, and a valid supporter number, before they can log into their account online. If any supporter has forgotten their password, they will have the option to request a new password which will be sent to their registered email address. You can also view your ticket points online by logging in here and clicking ‘My Account’.

SEAT RELOCATIONS
Supporters are advised that as a result of the extended visitors allocation, South Stand Level 2 and 3 will not be available for this fixture. Cityzens with a 2019/20 Platinum and Gold Seasoncard who have registered on the FA Cup Scheme located in South Stand Level 2 and 3 will be relocated for this fixture. Supporters will have their seat relocated to an alternative area within the stadium. All supporters will be allocated a seat as near to their seasonal seat as possible.
Upon receipt of your email confirmation, if you find that you are unhappy with the seat location that you have been provided, you will have the opportunity to contact us to choose an alternative seat location. Please contact Supporter Services on +44(0)161 444 1894 (option 1) or visit the Ticket Office on the first floor of the City Store at the Etihad Stadium.
It is important to remember that we have a significant number of supporters on the FA Cup Scheme, and whilst we will endeavour to allocate you the best available seat, this may not be possible due to availability.

The Ticket Office is open Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm. Supporter Services is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
