Manchester City will play Liverpool away at Prenton Park in the FA Women’s Continental Tyres League Cup on Wednesday 8th November, kick off 7pm. All information for the match can be found below. 

Tickets are now available to purchase via Liverpool FC. Simply select ‘Away Supporters Cowshed End’ and the relevant age band. Tickets will be delivered immediately via email and can be scanned on entry to Prenton Park.

Ambulant supporters, please select ‘Away Supporters Cowshed End’ and add one ‘Ambulant and PA’ ticket to your basket. You will be automatically assigned a PA ticket, which will be sent with your ticket.

 

Wheelchair supporters please note there are no Wheelchair Bays in the away end. Please select the Kop stand and add one ‘Wheelchair and PA’ ticket to your basket. You will be automatically assigned a PA ticket, which will be sent with your ticket.

As guardians of this great Club, we all have a responsibility to act as ambassadors of not only Manchester City, but also the City of Manchester. On your visit to Prenton Park please respect the stewards and staff at the Club and we ask that you:

  • Remain in the seat that you have purchased.
  • Keep your ticket with you at all times.
  • Do not block the aisles or gangways.
  • Do not smoke.
  • The use of pyrotechnics, flares and smoke bombs is strictly prohibited

Entry to Prenton Park will be granted on the presentation of a valid ticket purchased from Liverpool Football Club. The Club excludes all liability to any supporter who is denied entry to Prenton Park because of their ticket having been purchased through an unauthorised seller. The unauthorised sale or disposal of tickets may also amount to a criminal offence and the Club will inform the police as soon as it becomes aware of any unauthorised sale or disposal of tickets.

 

Away match FAQs

If you have not received your away match ticket on the last working day before the match, please contact Fan Support by calling +44 (0)161 444 1894 and we will arrange a ticket for collection at the away ground. 

The ticket must be collected by the owner of the ticket with photo ID.

Fans who have an arranged collection will be sent information of how to collect their ticket.

Supporters must meet the sales criteria that are published 3-4 weeks prior to the fixture date here.

Qualifying supporters can purchase as below: 

Wheelchair Users –  Log in to your online account here, select the ‘wheelchair section’ and you will be allocated the best available position.

Ambulant/ Easy Access Seating – once logged in to your account, select the block you would like to sit in, and you will be allocated the best available seats. 

If you have a specific seating requirement where you need to discuss the seats that the opposing club may have allocated for easy access, please contact the Access team at +44 (0)161 444 1894 to discuss your requirements in more detail.

Criteria for away match tickets for the 2024/25 Season are released approximately 4 weeks in advance of the match. 

Tickets are available to purchase online or over the phone* on +44 (0)161 444 1894. Tickets are sold subject to qualifying criteria.

Supporters who are registered as disabled with the Club as disabled are able to purchase tickets online or by calling the Access Team +44 (0)161 444 1894.

*Please note, that tickets purchased over the phone will incur a booking fee of £2.50. Our match ticket phone line is open from 9:30am-5:15pm, Monday to Sunday.

Supporters purchasing tickets online will need to have a valid email address which is already registered with the Club, and a valid Supporter Number before they can log into their account online.

 

If any supporter has forgotten their password, they will have the option to request a new password which will be sent to their registered email address. You can also view your ticket points online by logging in here, and clicking ‘My Account’.

There is a limited allocation for juniors to purchase at the same time as a qualifying adult. At the point where the adult qualifies, they can also purchase one junior ticket regardless of the junior’s ticket point status.

Once this limited allocation has been sold, no further tickets will be available, and all junior supporters must then qualify in their own right to purchase an away ticket.

Tickets for away matches will be dispatched via Royal Mail approximately 10 days before the match and will be sent to the lead supporter in the transaction.

If we receive our ticketing allocation for our fans for an away match as mobile tickets, these will be emailed approximately 5 days before the match.

You will not receive ticket points for away match tickets.
