KEY INFORMATION
The Club is pleased to confirm the details for the second drop of Premier League match tickets below. Following the initial announcement in July, we will be releasing thousands of Premier League tickets for the nine home Premier League fixtures taking place from January - May.
These tickets will be exclusively available to Cityzens Matchday and Junior Members, and will be subject to qualifying sales criteria, from Thursday 26 October. Scroll down for all the relevant information and timings.
Silver Season Ticket Members can purchase tickets for the fixtures not included in their Membership (Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United) from Wednesday 25 October.

*Please note, Members can only purchase a ticket for the respective fixture if they have not already done so in a previous sales window.
**Please note, previous purchase history refers to all home fixtures in the 2021/22 and 2022/23 seasons, as well as the 2023/24 season (up to and including City v Brighton, 21 October 2023).
In July 2023, all available tickets were released for the Premier League home games taking place from August – December, with a smaller amount of tickets released for the remaining home games taking place from January – May).
New for 2023/24, the Club has introduced a second ticket drop taking place in October, when thousands of Premier League tickets will be released for the nine home Premier League games taking place between January and May.
The decision to introduce a second ticket drop is designed to ensure that Cityzens Matchday and Junior Members have an additional opportunity to buy Premier League tickets once the season has started.
In addition, Members are also reminded that the Club operates a Ticket Exchange, which allows Season Ticket Members to list their tickets for sale to other fans, up to 24 hours before matchday. These tickets will be available to Cityzens Matchday and Junior Members to purchase, from approximately four weeks prior to each matchday. To receive ticket alerts, Members are encouraged to ensure they are opted in to receive Ticketing Communications in the "My Profile" section of My Account
Tickets for the 2023/24 Premier League season will be available to purchase online or over the phone. Please note, tickets purchased over the phone will incur a booking fee of £2.50.
Any match tickets you purchase will be loaded to your Cityzens Official Mobile Membership pass. Ensure you have downloaded your pass to your mobile device before attending a game.

- Login to your ticketing account
- Click on the ‘Memberships’ section
- Download Membership Pass via the download button
Please ensure you can log in to your online ticketing account.
To ensure you receive Ticket Alerts from the Club, please ensure you are opted in to receive Ticketing Communications in your Profile Preferences.
Disabled supporters are able to purchase tickets online or by calling the Access Team on +44 (0)161 444 1894 and pressing option 1, then option 2.
